the location is central (right in the city center). i found the staff very helpful. i also received a voucher for a discount at nearby restaurants, a nice touch. the room was clean and well kept.

the room size was suitable i was provided with a standard twin room it offered ample space the bathroom fixtures looked modern there was a rainfall shower in the bathroom. i noticed the room had blackout curtains i found these very useful for blocking out light during the night the bed was comfortable. the staff were cute they addressed my queries quickly and efficiently
i experienced some noise the sound insulation in the room was not adequate i could hear street noise at night this impacted my sleep.

the staff was helpful and answered questions i had. the rooms were clean.
the hotel didnt have mini-fridges, this was a real inconvenience. there was also no air conditioning. the lack of these amenities.
